This is a poem which I asked a homeless man in Whitechapel to write out for me.

Dean Reed

I made this in honour of Dean Reed, the "Red Elvis". He was an American rock 'n' roll singer who defected to the east during the Cold War.


Then I went a demonstrated with my banner in front of the former East German embassy on Belgrave Square.
